Local pickup orders are typically available within 4 hours of placing the order during business hours. There is no pickup cost associated with will call or pickup orders. However, some items, especially those requiring special handling, may have a pickup charge. If applicable, we will notify you upfront on our site or via email, text, or phone call.

Where We Ship:

• United States (50 contiguous United States) and all AP, AE, AA, and other military bases: Orders are shipped using the best carrier available and typically arrive within 5-7 business days or sooner.
• Hawaii and Alaska Customers: Orders are shipped via UPS Air and typically arrive within 7 business days.
• US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam Customers: Orders are shipped via UPS to our international shipping station in Connecticut, inspected, and then reshipped via USPS. Delivery takes 1-2 weeks.
• Military/Air Force Base Customers: Orders are shipped to our shipping station in Connecticut, inspected, and then reshipped via USPS. Delivery takes 1-2 weeks.
• Canadian Customers: Orders are shipped to our international shipping station in Connecticut and then reshipped via FedEx International or USPS. Delivery takes 1-2 weeks. Custom duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer. Refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee.

Shipping Procedures:

Shipping Confirmation Emails:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email after all or part of your order is shipped. The email includes a UPS tracking number.

Shipping in Multiple Packages:
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Shipping confirmation emails will inform you of how much of your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order:
You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking the "Order Status" link on the website's top header. The order details page includes tracking numbers for each item.

Delivering Your Package:
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. Shipping or delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Most items ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
